Karate has taught me to be more disciplined and improved my concentration
skills. I have learned so much through Sensei's Gerry, Celeste and students
Charlotte and Lucky. I just want to say a big "Thank You".

Karate has changed my life in many ways. It has taught me discipline, self
control, self-defence and motivation. Karate changed the way I work and
study. I have been doing Karate from Grade One and it has been an amazing
journey. Karate has also taught me to work hard. Gary Player once said
"The harder I practise, the better I am.

Grade 6W
I love Karate because it is fun and makes me happy. I have been training for 5 years.
It trains your body and mind. Sensei's Gerry and Celeste are the best teachers.

Grade 5B
Karate is a dedication to my life because when you are in a fight, you can defend yourself.
You can always rely on having a good time with Sensei Celeste all the time. Charlotte, boy is she
wonderful, and helps Sensei Celeste. I have respect for them both and get respect back. Karate
teaches you to never give up, once you have started something never have to look back and say "If only I had done that"!
When you get older you should be able to say "I am very proud of what I did". Then always cherish every moment you have for Karate and say "that was me and I am proud that was me"!

The Broken Circle
A way of life that provides a first round
in which you will triumph over when the bell sounds.
Represented by a broken circle - a mere image in plain sight,
but to open eyes a well rounded life style which provides a gap for you to fill and too fill your life.
A martial art personified by open minds and empty hands,
a place where ones cup may be emptied and refilled without stress and future plans.
An extended family to which one may unconditionally belong,
one that accepts your faults and motivates you to push on.
So don’t watch from afar and only hear the shouts
Come lose your voice and find out what it’s truly about.
