Junior School

	Our school offers a unique cluster system, where each age group is housed in their own cluster, independent from each other. The Crèche, Nursery School and Grade ones share a playground, having their breaks staggered to avoid over-crowding.

	The Grade twos and threes have their own designated play area. We run an aftercare centre every day until 17:00 and offer a Holiday Club to cater for working parents, every school holiday.

EARLY LEARNING CENTRE
Our Crèche accepts children from as young as 3 months old. We have two groups, the Blue Group, catering for babies through to 2 years. The Red Group caters for those turning three within the year. The Crèche runs under the supervision of Mrs Peggy Maje, together with three additional staff member. We have a ratio of five children to each assistant.

SPACKMAN HOUSE
This cluster caters for our Nursery School Group which includes the Grade 000, Grade 00 and Grade 0 classes. Each class has a teacher and a teacher’s assistant. Included in the curriculum for these groups are music, library and computers (starting with Grade 00). The Grade 0 curriculum also includes Zulu and sports.

SIMPSON HOUSE
Our Grade 1 classes are situated in Simpson House. This year we have three small Grade 1 classes. Our children learn English as the first language, and both Zulu and Afrikaans as the second additional language. Their curriculum includes music, sport, computers and library.

BEATON HOUSE
Beaton House is home to our Grade two and Grade three classes. They have a full curriculum, including all sport, music, computers and library. English is taught as the first language, with Zulu and Afrikaans offered as second additional languages.
