Answer:

Question:
The screen is not displaying correctly. How can I fix this?

Answer:
1) If the webpage is not fitting properly onto your screen, it is because your screen resolution has not been set to 1024 by 768 pixels. To readjust your screen size, right-click on your desktop and select the Properties button. Select the tab that says Settings and then move the handle on the Screen Resolution bar to '1024 by 768 pixels'. Click apply, and the screen should readjust itself to the new resolution. Please note that by changing this setting on your computer, everything will appear slightly smaller.
2) If the webpage is displaying at the correct size, but is not displaying certain content that you know should be available on the website, it might be because the page needs to be completely refreshed. If this is the case, push CTRL and F5 together. This will reload the page from the website, and not from the Temporary Internet Folder on your computer.
