Ballet

The Bishop Bavin Dance Academy is offering ballet lessons in the Royal Academy of Dance method to all pupils from the nursery school through to the college. The school boasts of a beautiful ballet studio equipped with wooden floors, barres and mirrors.

The children are exposed to the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus and can participate in the annual examinations, dance festivals and end of the year studio productions. This is a wonderful opportunity for your children to have a high level of education in one of the purest dance forms!

Lessons take place on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and are conducted by Mrs Renee Stoyiannos who hails from Zimbabwe and has recently relocated to South Africa.

Mrs Stoyiannos is an Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance and has over 30 years teaching experience, having taught children in Zimbabwe, Greece, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
